Investment Ark was originally founded to help improve access to capital through equity crowdfunding. As one of the first equity crowdfunding consulting companies, we were able, in less than two years, to connect over 47 startups and 21,000 private investors.

As our business grew over time, our initial success - and our happy clients - fueled our passion to do more. We assembled a team of highly experienced professionals, including investment bankers, venture capitalists, CFAs, award-winning graphic designers, and copywriters - and established a full-service fundraising and investment advisory company.
